What is HPTX?
HPTX is the internal codename for Haptic Visuals—a mobile-focused visual enhancement initiative developed to refine atmosphere, lighting balance, and environmental depth within Minecraft Bedrock’s modern rendering environment.
While the public name “Haptic Visuals” represents the official product identity, HPTX is used internally to distinguish development branches, performance tiers, and compatibility targets across devices and collaborators.
Release Structure: Two Versions of HPTX
HPTX is distributed in two release versions, each with a distinct purpose and audience.
1. HPTX Standard (Public Release)
HPTX Standard is the public-facing release of Haptic Visuals.
It is designed for broad compatibility across supported mobile platforms and is tuned to deliver a refined, nature-centered visual experience with performance stability as a priority.
This release is intended for:
- General users on iOS, iPadOS, and Android
- Players seeking improved atmosphere without heavy device demands
- Broad compatibility with texture packs and Marketplace-verified add-ons
2. HPTX Pro (Private Release)
HPTX Pro is a private release intended exclusively for:
- Approved collaborators under the compatibility partnership program
- Invited members and selected testers
- Eligible reviewers and creators who contribute meaningful feedback or coverage
HPTX Pro includes a series of advanced visual elements designed to further enhance immersion on high-tier devices. This branch may introduce more intensive tuning and experimental elements not present in HPTX Standard, and is maintained separately to protect the performance and stability targets of the public release.
Important: HPTX Pro is not for sale.
Access is granted only through collaboration participation, invitation, or approved reviewer access.

YouTube reviewers may apply for HPTX Pro access at no cost.
Approved reviewers will receive access based on content relevance, review quality, and the ability to provide constructive feedback for future updates.
This pathway exists to support:
- Transparent review coverage
